Dario and Francesca are a young married couple which we had the pleasure to photograph in June. Our photographer Simone knows Dario since high school: the one focused on humanities and classic studies, the other in scientific. Life made them lose sight of each other and now they meet again. What better occasion than this? From Castelnuovo Val di Cecina, land of geysers and geothermal energy, Francesca and Dario chose the magnificent location of Pieve de’ Pitti to celebrate their marriage. An elegant villa in the countryside between Lajatico and Terricciola, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and wheat fields. The proximity to the Teatro del Silenzio, natural amphitheater that each year hosts the big concert of the famous singer Andrea Bocelli, has allowed us to take some photos with our spouses in a truly unique setting. The concert is the most famous event in Tuscany and Andrea Bocelli is probably the most popular Italian tenor in the world. During the event he usually perform, together with a lot of international guests, musicians and singers, a lyrical repertoire that consists of some of the most famous opera arias, in an astonishing context, rich of colors and phantasmagoric scenic design.
